You acknowledge and agree that Mary Ann Robbat’s methods, processes and strategies taught in the Tollerra Energy Mastery School (“The Program”) and related materials, are the sole and exclusive property of Mary Ann Robbat and constitute a confidential proprietary system which is protected by local, national and international intellectual property laws. Through your participation in this program Mary Ann Robbat is granting you permission to use this framework and methodology only for your personal use. You do not have permission to disclose, teach, transfer, sell or license these methods, processes or strategies to others.

You grant Mary Ann Robbat permission to record your voice or likeness, or both, in connection with The Program, and to use, display, and distribute any recordings. You agree not to make your own recordings and will not give access to, or distribute any materials used in this program to anyone without written permission from Mary Ann Robbat.

Mary Ann Robbat respects your confidentiality and may share general details of your examples and results but will not share your name or personal identifying information without first obtaining permission from you. You in turn agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants by not sharing details you may learn about them with anyone outside of The Program. You may, and we encourage you to share your personal experiences as a result of your participation.

Mary Ann Robbat agrees to give you access to the Tollerra Mastery Energy School system for the period you are enrolled in The Program. This system includes access to an extensive library of video lessons, meditations, and other materials.

Mary Ann Robbat reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in The Program, if, in our sole discretion, we determine that you have violated the terms of this agreement or any reasonable polices or guidelines that we may establish for the conduct during the Program, or that your continued participation in the Program would be detrimental to the interests of Mary Ann Robbat or any other participants in The Program. In such an event Mary Ann Robbat may, but will not be obligated to, refund a portion of your payments.

You agree that this agreement (including your payment obligations) may not be cancelled and that all payments are non-refundable. The terms and conditions of this agreement will survive the completion or termination of The Program.
